We kick #Celticheritagemonth off with St. David's Day (Dydd Gŵyl Dewi Sant) in Wales. It should be a public holiday in Wales and a day to be marked on the Celtic Calendar.
Bless all our fellow Celtic brethren on this auspicious day, and remind you all that we must always be united.

I love a Kir Breton; in fact, I am drinking double as I type this. There is something about the combination of the blackcurrants and the apple that hits the tongue just right.
Enjoy this delicious #Celtic spin on a French cocktail.

With #celticheritagemonth just around the corner, it is important to remember who we are and all the contributions we have made to this amazing world, as well as our turbulent #history.

The beauty of #cooking is not in how it looks but in how it tastes and makes you feel.
Your mother's roast potatoes are not the best in the world cause they were pretty, but because they were warmth personified.

did you know: Máiréad Ní Ghráda's 1940 Irish-language science fiction novel Manannán, which features a giant humanoid mech piloted by humans riding inside it, is one of the first non-Japanese examples of a prototypical mecha (only 9 years after the debut of the earliest, Ōgon Bat 黄金バット, in 1931)?
