Not gonna lie, I have that same pain, often just under my right shoulder blade. Chef for 38 years and repetitive motion of knives and spatulas while running the grill. I got one of those deep massage thingies that you can lean back against. 🙌🏼

I enjoyed the hell out of this book, read it for book club. One of the book club members said “It was fine but I didn’t learn anything.” That was a couple of years ago and I am still baffled by that statement.
