Anyone else remember when the gas station near the Kennedy Center always had super high prices that were out of whack with everywhere else because the owner was in a fight w/the gas company? This is a diff station on Wisconsin this morning

Sitting thinking all running for President should have to go to the FDR Memorial & read every damn panel. Then write an essay. Maybe do that on stage instead of debating. Thought of it today because one of the panels is FDR’s quote about living in the « House owned by all the people. » But #SNAP

Couldn’t go into DC today so I was on a bridge over 495 w/hundreds waving my flag. Shaking my sign. Dancing in the daylight. My favorite sign was held by a little girl who was about the age my child was for the 2017 Women’s March. My child’s in college now.

I hadn’t walked the W&OD and the Custis Trail since the beagle died (it was one of his favorites). I’ve now been on various ends 3 times in the past 6 days. Here’s the intersection of Wilson and Manchester. As you can see there’s a left turn lane and a very narrow bike lane. I always go under the

I still read the Sunday paper. Otherwise I probably would have missed this. So it wasn’t just the son seeking business to boost his own bank acct, it was the envoy himself who would profit since he’s still a partial owner. Remember when we had ethics rules, blind trusts and hired competent people?

Husband came home with 2 half gallons of milk, or so I thought. He noticed, in the Trump economy, a half gallon of milk may not be that. Same size carton it’s always been, same price, but one is now 59 oz instead of 64 oz. (which is a half gallon). They took away 5 ounces but kept the price & size.

Saw this Naloxone emergency box in Allentown, PA. I applaud efforts to get Naloxone to the public for emergencies. I encourage everyone to do the training and get the supplies just in case.
Reminder: Trump Admin wants to cut funding for training on and distribution of Naloxone.
