I kind of wonder if there should be a nuetral value in districts should be broken up if drawing them yields ~+23 expectations, however as to what you implement with that...

I mean there is real pain point where progressives do in fact want dominant control of the party brand/decisions and orient themselves to do so. Personally I think they'll run into a congressional math problem that allows GOP control but would be successful in replacing more mod congressmembers

Assume that's why she didn't go with the not dissimilar position that Israel should not receive military aid but should be able to purchase some subset of defensive weapons.

Yea one difficulty on procedural tea reading is it's difficult to know the details or where to find that information.

That and the shorter term consequences wrt welfare programs are real. I think the socially derived trends can change in 20 years so why worry about century level projections argument would sound better if the aforementioned wasn't there

Tbh I think it's an ask to not be attacked for insufficient advocacy (or insufficiency as malace) based on language/communication as much as it is about use of specific words.

He is like technically correct that mitigation of gerrymandering with offsetting gerrymandering is not a good equilibrium, I can think of a worse one that involves slightly less gerrymandering on one side lol (but also why the threat is good actually)
