For me, it was because I was incredibly touch starved and burnt out and really just needed to be able to trust someone else to take care of me for a while. When I healed from that, my dominant side came out to play! Eventually I settled into being a switch, but I still really only sub for one person

The warehouse will cost $17.5 million for 90 days (even more than @lailluminator.com first reported).
That's the equivalent of 1 year's rent in a 1br apartment for ~1,200 people, or 80% of the city's unhoused.
