I had one of those lawyers when we purchased our freehold & boundaries had to be negotiated. Wouldn’t stop telling me about his job (and his wife’s) as property lawyers. Didn’t back down & won. One of THE most satisfying achievements ever. Essentially thought we were bumpkins. Wrong turn dickhead!
