One other note on the Grizzlies' coaching change: before the All-Star break, opponents were hitting 35% of 3s, sixth-lowest in the NBA. Since the break, that's gone up to 40%, second-highest behind Sacramento. That hot opponent shooting will likely regress to the mean going forward.

Not today then
It’s been a funny season- lots of promise early then mostly frustrating since January. If the big 3 play more like 50 games together as opposed to 30 Jenkins probably still has his job. That said I think his inconsistent rotations have been frustrating players and the chemistry had gone bad.

TA was a huge part of my Grizzlies fandom, following the whole Grit and Grind era through thick and thin, through trick and treat. Man he was frustrating at times but such a unique, tenacious player. Thanks for the memories, T!

Grizzlies needed a game like this. Active + energetic team hoops at both ends. All revolves around Ja who’s had a great stretch of games, but shout out the bench guys for providing a boost - Cam, Bagley, Lamar, Scotty - all terrific. Nice Huff game too, get him back in the rotation TJ!
