it feels natural to me that it forms a partially eval'd closure rather than a lazy context?

would feel strange to be forced to lift out a fully supplied argument into its own expression to avoid re-running it each time `x` is supplied

The DAL is a crucial part of the #TezosX roadmap.

Notably, the incentives only kick in once the 66% participation threshold is met, and there is no slashing for now.

Definitely check out Miri if you haven't before!

As easy as:
- cargo +nightly component add miri
- cargo +nightly miri test

...though you might want to go make a coffee while you wait :)
