Hate when I turn on my flashlight and 7 Star, Storch, and Eule units screech in unison and descend on me. Even worse, when I try to turn off the flashlight before I go into the next room to alert another 7 Star, Storch, and Eule units this time with a Myna, and Elster says "it's too dark to see."

Hate when I turn on my flashlight and 7 Star, Storch, and Eule units screech in unison and descend on me. Even worse, when I try to turn off the flashlight before I go into the next room to alert another 7 Star, Storch, and Eule units this time with a Myna, and Elster says "it's too dark to see."
I think this is why I hate trying to meditate; it's really, really difficult for me.
Bonus: the stuff that I can't filter out tends to be what I get hung up on an keeps popping into my head later. Validating to know that other people suffer the curse too tho I guess lol

Intrusive thoughts is one of my Most Ignore Mental Health Problems, but not being able to filter out things is THE MOST. Lights, sounds, people talking (no matter HOW MUCH I want to ignore it), bad smells, temperature, information... I can't filter it, it just pours into my brain 🤢🤮
