The lawsuits target California, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, New Hampshire, and Pennsylvania, following earlier cases filed against Maine and Oregon. All of these states have rejected previous demands to hand over statewide voter rolls containing sensitive personal information.

The head of the Federal Communications Commission even suggested ABC’s broadcast license, as a Disney subsidiary, could be at risk. Aren’t late-night shows supposed to pushing the envelope? Yet Fox News can claim we kill the homeless through involuntary lethal injections and it’s met with crickets.
