For context on popplio this is a very casual league and we've got 4 almost brand new players so popplio has been taking names with perish trap very consistently

Ironically enough I've brought 5 out of my 10 pokemon to actual battles and crobat is one of them, but it's the only one of my guys I've brought to not to crack the all time top 20

Three houses long thread over I'm just in the middle of finishing my last 2 maddening routes(both black eagles ones) and I'm not terribly good or knowledgable about this mode i do everything blind

Once you hit like chapter 6 and bernie gets vengeance and linhardt gets warp you cook however

I'm not a super good optimizer but black eagles has the hardest early game of all the routes in maddening from my personal experience. Golden deer has hilda + lysithea/early warp and blue lions has like idk dedue and sylvain

I actually really like Caspar as a character but he always feels so bad in gameplay 😔

Idk his growths but I've never had him get good dexterity growths so his passive only makes his hit passable a lot of the times and is mostly used to help others it feels

I used him as a recruitable unit in golden deer and he was pretty good he had an easy path to death blow into wyvern rider but this guy drops generationally bad performances in his home route for me

Divine pulse makes this not really super annoying but moreso really funny
