There is a very notable amount of Transformation in the show, several with prolonged sequences dedicated to it

Plus the guest character of the episode was designed by a trans man, seems like it'd be a conflict of interest if that were true

Plus allen was also in drag in the same scene if I recall so singling out the characters outfit doesnt make sense
