How about stop whining and start studying these conditions. Not injuries. Your job is to know about these and seek ways to support people that have them. They are not going to disappear.

The use of blackmail to get people universities to conform to this backwards thinking is appalling. And surprising how quickly they roll over is disappointing. The educated folks should be leading the charge to shutdown this mess.
