My Home Screen is my strategic launchpad, not a dumping ground.

The principle I use is simple: the environment must support my flow, not distract from it.

What does your home screen look like?

After spending $$$ on tech for to-do, my favorite is still pen and paper.

Who else uses a good ole pen and paper for planning?

@craft.do

Can I confirm if the DeepSeek download is available for Intel Macs?

I'm running v3.07 of Craft and Sequoia 15.3

PS: I'm able to download DeepSeek on my iPad Mini (6th generation).

Guess this is why Sam Altman is “impressed” with DeepSeek AI.

It’s about this phenomenon called “aha moment”.

Have you ever published something that is written by AI and pass it off as your own?

As I’m over 50, if I don’t make demands on my bones, they will become weaker.

What else are you making demands of yourself daily?

Do you have a conversation that capture your thoughts, your strategies, and your action items?

I created one but after a while it started to slow down tremendously.

Did you have that experience?

It’s back to (driving) school again.

Except this time it’s for 2-wheels, not 4.

It’s raining for almost 26 days straight in January.

One thing we take for granted in Singapore is punctuality of flights.

The monsoon took that out.

What’s one habit you refuse to compromise on, no matter how busy life gets?

For me, it’s running. 🏃‍♂️

It’s not just exercise—it’s my time to think, reset, and stay grounded.

Your turn: What’s your non-negotiable routine?

⚡️ Inspiration can strike anywhere.

Found a cafe run by seniors while visiting family.

💻 Sitting here, sipping tea, and getting some code in.

Do you carry your laptop everywhere you go?

How to explain “technical” AI terms in simple ways?

E.g.: To resize an image.
1️⃣ Describe the goal
2️⃣ Write the prompt
3️⃣ Show the code by ChatGPT
4️⃣ Voilà—a resized image, no coding skills needed!

The best part? How to make AI your IA!

What’s your favorite way to explain complex ideas?

2024 has been a year of blessings!

As we approach the final 2 days, I’m teaching the last certification course on AI in content creation to 20 amazing candidates.

Grateful for such an empowering way to end the year.

How are you wrapping up 2024?
December 30, 2024 at 3:14 AM
I’m striving to clarify my positioning to stand out in 2025.

Previously, this process was daunting, leading to confusion and frustration.

Now, it doesn’t have to be that way. Build an IA.

Sure, having a team helps. But the speed and breadth of knowledge of a carefully designed IA is unparalleled.

TL;DR: Sam Altman’s Note-Taking Wisdom

1️⃣ Jot down anything that comes to mind—don’t worry about perfection.
2️⃣ Rip out pages to compare ideas or organize better.
3️⃣ Highlight key points, group related ideas, and discard irrelevant stuff.
4️⃣ Regular review sharpens thinking and generates new ideas.
