Last week was our annual ISOM PhD Day 🎓 A moment to reflect: under @proflog.bsky.social's leadership the program grew from 6 to 20+ students, shaping a caring community with academic excellence. I’m excited to take over as coordinator and further strengthen our PhD program.

Had a great time speaking at the joint behavioral OM seminar of @tue.nl & @tilburg-university.bsky.social! I shared our work on human-adaptive maintenance. While the behavioral side is pretty new to me, I really see value in explicitly including behavior into optimization models. Great discussions!
