Healthy fried okra. Chickpea flour and flax meal in place of regular enriched flour and cornmeal a fried in olive oil. Honestly, I like the flavor of the healthier version better anyway.

I had not been to the Dayton Art Institute for a few years. I was blown away by this piece (Wrapped Thing) by Tanaka Yü. I had no idea I was looking at stoneware until I read the information about the piece. To be able to do this with clay is phenomenal
