I am wondering about a hashtag that I call #F*kM*sk, the basic Idea is to remove neofascism (neofeudalism) for us and our nexr generations: non violent ideas are wellcome

Best thing I've learned to do if/when I wake up in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep: get up, go into another room, turn on a low light lamp / headlamp, and read. Lately it's a book on backgammon. I'm back to sleep in 30 min. Phone = sleep killer.
