And that’s a very big risk they’re taking as they could be showing why it’s needed even more. Not waiting for the tribunal to judge could really blow up in their faces.

So they could make themselves look even more stupid. Always worth saying through all this saga, so far the only party that has proven to have acted unlawfully is the PL themselves.

In a nutshell, the PL have voted to implement new rules that they had to do as city proved their existing rules were unlawful. What the PL don’t know yet is whether what they’ve implemented and how they’ve done it is lawful either as they didn’t wait for the tribunal to judge.
