Well I suppose I can at least summarize my story here.
A modern retelling of Dante's Inferno, told from the POV of Maggie (25). Her Grannie (87, deceased) is taking her on a journey through Hell to learn the Truth that the hellfire and brimstone preachers have twisted over the centuries.

Update on the Barnes and Noble writing adventure! I spent 6 hours in there, and wrote 20 pages by hand. The story is 244 pages now, and I also got some cute little tabs to mark the chapters!

Finally started reading this lovely book and I just finished the first chapter. A good read so far if you're feeling a bit lost right now.

Handed over my manuscript to my Pastor so he could look over the first chapter and immediately got so many ideas for the layers of Hell.
Also got sick with a mystery illness. This sore throat hasn't gone away for 5 days now.
I just want to be productive again

Last spring or summer I started reading the Divine Comedy. I read Inferno in a few weeks, and then had to put down Purgatorio for a few months while I was moving.
But I have finally finished Purgatorio and I'm excited to finish this book in the coming weeks!
