My wife's an artist based in St Ives, Cornwall. UK. At the age of 14 she left school to become an apprentice 'paintress' (this was before equal ops was a thing, the men were called painters) at world renowned Royal Doulton. At this time of year she revisits her origins and paints festive baubles.

I took this photo years ago, in fact it was decades! 2005 to be exact. I used a real camera, y'know a device which just records images, didn't do anything else, connect to the internet GPS nothing. A Pentax Optio S. f5.3, 1/250 if you're interested.

Yay! was just starting to worry there wasn't going to be any good EV chat over here on Bluesky. Also EV3 does look nice but prefer my EV6
