yes, of course! 💞 I wasn't sure how much people were going to engage with what essentially amounts to attached Poetry, but a surprising number of people have really dug into it!

ah, I've never been a big Townsend listener but I'll check the song out!

I was really into Yob, Dream Unending, and the Mizmor/Thou collab album when writing, and I think that reverb-y, melancholic deathdoom atmosphere definitely came through. you're on to something I think

imo, the only outright doom song is Transcend Form. we broadly label ourselves as Post-Death or Post-Metal. my fav description from a review is "like if Colin Marston joined Russian Circles"
