Worked on HUD feedback when passing or failing arousal checks in Dialog that create branching paths. Still lots todo, but everything is starting to work as expected. It gets complicated quickly!

Gamedev is a constant onslaught of “you should just give up.” And I haven’t.

Boiler plate fantasy is a bit played out imo. I’m a big Conan fan. These books are in front of me right now actually! Bronze age, sandals, baths, wine, and scantily clad heroes call to me! Antiquity- which emphasizes Arabia, Mediterranean and African Civilization over Europe was more interesting.

I love these books! Got some in a random lot and hunted the rest. One story has a pink monkey guy that has two mouths, so all his speech balloons have two leads coming off them. Which I found incredible charming.
