Honestly for me the issue was the estrogen added! I started taking the depo shot which is progesterone only and the bad side effects are GONE. Apparently I just needed a different type of hormone in mine- thankfully not all options are estrogen based. Hope you can get an appointment!

Have you ever considered birth control? I has been a LIFESAVER for me. My periods used to be so so awful but once I got on it they became more normal/less insanely horrible
