No worries. I got this.

I know how to fix it, though. I edited a page today, and made myself stop until I was nearly twitching wanting to edit just a little more. Then I did one more page, and made myself stop even though I only had a page to go to finish out the chapter.

I don't need to escape from myself.

But I do still love stories. I need to develop a new relationship with books, so that reading isn't an escapist activity, but just a pleasure.
