we can have any character get kicked this rot, except meiko isn't gonna get kicked twice, so she can be somewhere

it's bc of lims. an is one of the most likely candidates for a lim this month. she's in the middle and has had a healthy enough gap of 5 months. it's a very solid time for her to get one
