Nothing like getting a book from my spouse for early Xmas to spark inspiration. 16 pages in & the line “concered but determined” feels very accurate to how I view the state of our everything.
Probably will post more musings on this read as I continue to digest the knowledge encoded in these pages.

Why is it that after being in a void of creative nothingness and unable to even pick up a guitar — once I finally crawl out from under that weighted blanket of EMPTY — I can suddenly play guitar BETTER.

Spent all day sleeping off a sickness until I got a small bought of zoomies and made bread. Now I’m back to being horizontal and sucking on licorice losenzes with little heat flashes while they rise.
