They refuse to put him w/ the one actress his character has so much history w/ and he actually still has chemistry with. And oh yeah, they have a child. It feels very petty & vindictive at this point IMO. They'd rather pair Jason w/ someone w/ the emotional intelligence of a bratty child than Liz.
