i have been reading Tom Ricks’ “Fighting the Good War” which is a military analysis of the civil rights movement, and one thing that comes abundantly across is that movement leaders and ordinary people made it a practice to refuse to fall into despair and cynicism.

I have zero doubt that he is going to try. Everyone needs to see it coming, steel themselves for the eventuality, and be ready to stand up and say abso-fucking-lutely NOT. We will have elections, I would be looking for the Jan. 6 type fuckery and be ready to push back, hard.

That’s not true. They fully believe in the bill of rights when it protects them, but have no idea no idea any such thing exists when it comes to anyone they’re not politically aligned with.

The military wont be able to to find the fraud because it’s so sophisticated as to apear nonexistent, which is clearly evidence for how real it is.

Very possible, and also that multiple people said it because it’s a pretty logical thing to do under these circumstances. It is insane to me reading and watching docs about the early American experiment and contrasting it with where we are right now.

Not saying they’ll do it again after he was re-elected but for what it’s worth a number of them did vote to impeach him once.
