And Ryan means "king", so it follows that Ryanne's meaning extrapolates to "queen", which informs that she would be someone who tames beasts and monsters and has them wrapped around her little finger.

Reese meaning "ardent, fiery, passionate" works great for her and informed that she would be an inventor/tinkerer who has a penchant for sometimes being incredibly invested in her work to the point of forgetting everything else.

Reese I originally picked because it reminds me of the chocolate candy, and Ryan because it's the 2P character name in River City Ransom. Since then though I've grown to gain much further appreciation for each of their names.

as for the other two, Reese and Ryanne were originally going to be Riley's best friends. The starting point for coming up with their names was... Riley is an androgynous name, so I thought that would be a quality the entire trio's names should share (Ryanne was originally named Ryan).

Riley name's is a bit underdeveloped being one of my earliest OC's its meaning can be extrapolated different ways such as "forest" or "clearing" which fits well with the whole "forest sprite" vibe she has going for her, as well as the expression "life of riley" which means carefree existance.

alright that's going to be a long one. so, Riley is an old character of mine (she preceeds the other two by more than a decade). Originally, her name was Lilley, meant to evoke lilypads. It was changed a few years later to Riley because I like that name more and it sounded better to me.
