On hunch that my beloved sourdough starter had lost its mojo, I pulled wet backup starter from fridge & dry backup from pantry and put all 3 on strengthening regime. Clearly there’s a winner (dry backup)! Finally seeing some progress. Yay! #sourdough #bakesky
