Delicious looking mess of fried pork, garlic, kimchi, gochujang, soy sauce and butter in a fry pan The finished product. Pasta stirred thru the aforementioned mixture of fried pork strips, garlic, kimchi, pasta, gochujang, soy sauce, parmesan and spring onions. Incredibly tasty.

I did a tetra pak intaglio course yesterday, and I had a somewhat ambitious plan for a piece. Despite not being particularly happy with the finished products, friends whose opinion I respect have told me they have come out really good.
It’s interesting how critical we can be of ourselves.
