Behavior is communication. There are tools in place to address these issues IF schools are fully funded (by both the state and federal budgets) and appropriately staffed.

This office has handled the investigation of every civil rights complaint we have filed related to our children since our oldest son started school in Louisiana. Additionally, our family is one of the 1,000+ that has a complaint currently pending that is now in jeopardy.
