Really enjoyed this half of Black Shuck stout from @bridscrossbrew.bsky.social this lunchtime from the hop emporium at Warrington market. They said it was the first from you and I said they must get the wcipa in. Absolutely delicious

A really nice new food shop in Letchworth. Amazing section of fruit and veg from all over the world. I'm going to take a guess as to what @beernouveau.co.uk will choose as his beer of choice from the chiller.... 😀🍻

Though reading it again, I think they are still just saying thanks, patting me on the head and hoping that'll be enough to get it to die down

I got some Geterbrewed all grain kits last week and tucked this fairly standard best bitter into the fermenter yesterday. Other than a weird wobble about middle of today the yeast is chugging away nicely 😀🍻

I'm really liking my 9 day fortnight working pattern... Seems to work well with homebrew days 😀🍻 my other half is not at all sure 🤣

Well, that went relatively smoothly. 13 litres now fermenting away happily 😀🍻

Well it's been too long. And I'm not working today and it's too horrible and icy too contemplate much else... So it's homebrew day 😀. A Kolsch this time 🍻
