Certain models of Lenovo laptops now ship with Fedora and Ubuntu Linux. This is done to keep costs low and cater to developers or IT professionals who heavily rely on Linux. Another reason could be the increased unpopularity of Windows 11, but that is just my own wild guess. Would you buy it?
