I’ve cut out most processed foods… especially Red 40. Which means my beloved Crunch Berries had to go. Until I realized that Aldi’s knockoff Cap’n is pretty good and no Red 40. It’s still laced with hormone altering chemicals but sacrifices must be made for joy.
