Biden should either do the following himself or step down & let Kamala do it: Refuse to hand over the presidency due to 14th amendment violation. Time to use the GOP playbook. Just do it & make *them* file the lawsuit. SCOTUS gave Biden immunity & protecting the Constitution is an official act.
