I live in Northeast Ohio, I’m always shocked at how much land costs in other parts of the country. It’s cheap as hell here. This is what about 29 1/2 acres with a small lake costs in my area

Today, I’m working on a vacation rental houseboat in Sulani. My build style is to basically work on something until I get stuck or sick of looking at it, and then go work on another build for awhile. I always circle back so it works 😂 I built this shell a year ago #showusyourbuilds #thesims4

Endlessly working on my save file and tackling some lots in San Myshuno the other day. This is the start of The Old Salt House. There will be a cafe and eatery, jewelry store and bookstore at street level and three apartments upstairs. #showusyourbuilds #thesims4

Y’ALL. I *finally* figured out how to use the TOOL mod to change the scale of items without accidentally sending them into the stratosphere. That parapet over the balcony was my first successful attempt 😂 I included a shot of the pool house and greenhouse just because #showusyourbuilds

Still messing around with stuff while I wait impatiently for the new pack lol I decided to start rebuilding my military base in Strangerville (my fave world 💕). There are 4 houses for officers’ families, 8 rooms for lower level troops & pretty much a full entertainment complex lol #ShowUsYourBuilds

I’m going thru my builds and shells deciding what to keep for my save file & came across something that will forever drive me nuts. I built a wedding venue in Sulani and realized after there is a lovely view of a trash can that can’t be removed right in front of the wedding arch 🤦🏾‍♀️ #ShowUsYourBuilds
