The hardest thing working in #ksleg is that being right doesn’t mean you’ll win.

I think it takes a diversity of tactics to win, both rowdy & polite. Bad bills aren’t defeated by one thing. They’re defeated by doing *everything*. It’s death by a thousand cuts. I think it’s not either/or- it’s both.
