In Reed v. Reed (1971), Ginsburg co-wrote a brief arguing against a law preferencing men over women as estate administrators and won. This paved the way for the 14th Amendment and Equal Protection Clause to be applied to gender discrimination. 3 years later, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act passed.

I received this promoted post on LinkedIn. The effort to undermine the federal judiciary by tying it to so-called mandatory progressive lifestyle choices is corrosive to rule of law, though highly consistent with current trends.
