Save for a quick low cost, high protein dinner, had it tonight, it was fantastic. From my kitchen witch self to you, enjoy.
HASH AND EGGS Serves 4 1 bag frozen spinach 2 cans hormal corned beef Hash 8 medium eggs 1/4 c cottage cheese 1/2 c Velveeta queso Blanco 1 stick salted butter 1 medium onion diced 1/4 c half and half The following spices to taste: Black pepper Garlic powder Umami powder OR MSG Italian seasoning Oregano Basil Poultry seasoning Old bay Celery seed In a large skillet over low/medium heat: Sauté onion in butter until golden and translucent, add in spinach and cook down. Mixed in queso, cottage cheese and half and half, mix well and simmer for 5 to 8 minutes. Add in spices to taste Mix in 2 cans of hash and heat through out. Make well in to the hash mixture for the eggs, crack in to wells. Bake at 425 until the are done to yout likeness. You can even add some water over the eggs and cover with a lid while baking to poach the eggs. Let cool 20 minutes and serve. Second photo is just the 2nd half of the recipe already written out here.

You're well over due for the real serious talk with someone who can help you get your head out of your self-centered arse. Parents pay coyotes to get their children to SAFETY. What they don't ask is for these so-called ice agents to kidnap them, rape them, beat them, and send them through the sex traffickers. I can not even count on one hand anymore how many of the children that have gone "unaccounted for." Those who voted for this so-called regime, I hope you know, your rights are gone like everyone else's. I hope your white son or daughter doesn't have "Mexican features" even though they are white passing. I hope you and your spouse are so white you make people albino people look dark because that may be the only thing stopping you from going on a bus. Even then, you may be the right shade of white, but the wrong size bank account. They came for the immigrants and I shouted, they came for the transpeople and I shouted, and even though in my head I know you'd deserve it, if they come for you I will shout just as loudly, because that my dear is what a decent human being does. If you can seriously look in the mirror everyday and not see you are the problem, go, back your bags, you're the real problem and no one wants you here.
