This may explain why there’s an aggressive response to people who merely post Kirk’s own words. It threatens the existence of the alternate Kirk - the motivational speaker that had been marketed to young kids and white Christian groups through selective quotation & clips.

I am having a hard time reconciling my emotions about Charlie Kirk’s death. Appalled that he was murdered & heartbroken for his family but also can’t help feel that he helped fuel the dumpster fire that is our current political state. His words have helped to promote the violence used against him

While most Dems have focused on the draconian cuts to vital programs for those most in need, I have focused on the epic fiscal irresponsibility of this bill caused by massive tax cuts and huge spending increases in defense and DHS. Both equally important. There’s a lot to hate.
