second to last session included a wonderful visit by @phvandam.bsky.social who talked about his research on the fair trade movement, how cookbooks are a view into every practices, and what we add to environmental history through a focus on food and food cooperatives!

we walked into the sound- and smellscapes of a geothermal energy building, followed invisible pipes and majestic pylons, and rested in the comfort of a forest darkening during sunset.
