It's really good! I'm kind of sad to be ending this storyline but thinking of picking up some of the books that take place in the same universe.

Hrm... I'm not sure but good to know. A ton of people had posted it on similar posts and figured I'd try. I hash tagged it too so it's done what I intended tho. I found some new book folks to follow so I'll take it.

I also disliked Blood and Ash. If you don't mind a bit of romance thrown in with your plot try The Serpent and the Wings of Night by Carissa Broadbent. The spice is done well but is tasteful.

Also, Kingdom of the Wicked by Kerri M. Interesting plot and tasteful spice that isn't the focus.

What genre? I basically only read Fantasy, Romantasy or Dark Romance but I can make some recs if any of that works for you.
