Have visited a couple of film festivals now as a viewer but this is first ever time I’ve ever been as a participant - a short film script of mine is a finalist in festival’s awards. More of this please! #WomenXFilmFestival

so far. A group of young women in 18th century Venice being raised by the church, form a girl group. Inspired by real life women who were orphans in care of the church, who sang, played instruments, and composed music. #Gloria!

Aaaaaand Film 1 at #GFF is RAW. Every morning the festival shows free films. The festival is 21 years old, so this year’s theme is “coming of age”. Sorry to have missed: Prime of Miss Jean Brodie, Last King of Scotland, Gregory’s girl. Looking forward to Lady Bird on Sunday.

#RomCom10 Yep Valentines is over, but I’m going with this as I want to reach the same amount of Xmas films we saw in Dec, and I’m having a good time. I’m looking forward to watching cos it’s another Garry Marshall film, more Hector Elizondo, and a Pre-Lion King Nathan Lane! #FrankieAndJohnny

#RomCom8 So I first saw #WhileYouWereSleeping for a friend’s birthday when I was a teenager and I became obsessed with it. And also very in love with Bill Pullman. I’ve seen more people talk about this movie during recent years and I’m glad it’s getting its due!
