You can get some nfc cards for super cheap online and use an app (I use tagmo) to turn them into amiibos!

The steam deck is kinda like an undocked switch, they do have docks for them though. They're releasing something called the steam machine next year sometime which is supposed to be a mid point between a console and a PC, which is designed to be used on tvs. This is what my steam deck looks like!

You could look into a steam deck or something similar, they're cheaper than a gaming PC and are basically just little computers so you can mod everything.
