I did. Repeatedly, working for min wage in Calif. with no benefits and with an absentee Dad, couldn't get MediCal for my boys. One more way the system screws women. He worked for cash, so no income to tap with liens. HIS KIDS, he refused to feed his kids. Go after the dead beats with gusto.
