I spent the past couple of days in Melaka, wandering around lil alleys and cafes and quaint museums. What a lovely place. Kudos to the Tourism Board - such good infra and really well thought out activities. I loved it.

This year was my first year of consistently working out - a combination of strength training, pilates and Muay Thai. I’ve not felt this great in forever (maybe even ever!) and am so happy to have found a routine that works for me. I want to be strong & healthy for my family and kids

I took a walk with my daughter today who can’t go to school because there’s an HFMD outbreak and the health ministry is only letting them return in two weeks 🙈 So I decided to FFK everybody at work and stay home with her today

I am in Osaka now, to bring the kids to Universal Studios Japan. This was all my husband’s planning. He’s turning 37 on Monday Nad has decided to finally fulfill his promise to our son to take him to Super Nintendo World 😂 Japan is lovely in many ways to visit. Everything works 😭🙈

I regularly buy myself flowers because 1) one of my good friends runs a floral store and 2) I just really like flowers okay 😂 I’m named after a flower, my sister is too, and my daughter!

Aha! Because apparently looking like a wine bottle is a desired product trait 😂

I’ve officially quit coffee and now brew my old (cold brew) tea with expired (oops) loose leaf black tea and dried fruit (mangos for this one). It’s delicious! I refuse to throw any of this tea away, it was so expensive 😭🙈

Let’s make this our new home - it’s nice! Also here’s a nasi kerabu - herbed rice with multiple herbs (sorry doesn’t sound as elegant in English lol). Very fragrant!
