The house passed a bill today requiring govt to make an effort to use AI. Not for any particular purpose.

I was bummed when people started talking about family policing (child welfare) bc I worked hard in that system. But we can’t be offended and hurt when people say “this is violence” bc that is a lived exp. You said you were surprised by the response. But people are saying why. We all have to listen.

If this is surprising to you, it may be a good opportunity to do some deep listening to the collective grief & hopelessness people are feeling about health care. It is real, and as social workers, it is important for us to see and hear. Corporate/ bureaucratic violence is still violence.
