I absolutely loved the latest Hunger Games book, "Sunrise on the Reaping" :) I think it was masterfully written, with lots of little references to stuff from the rest of the lore. Homai te pakipaki, Suzanne Collins! (A round of applause).

Had an absolute bucket list moment today, when I met my childhood hero, Suzy Cato xx She was so so nice in person! She gave me 2 hugs, and when I said that she was part of what inspired me to go into ECE teaching, she said "Thank you for what you are doing for our tamariki, it's really amazing" :)
