I visited The Canopy in Grant Thorold Park for lunch between meetings last week. It's great to support local spots like this. They’re open daily except Tuesday (10:00AM–2:30PM) all summer.

The people who work there are gaining all sorts of new skills, and are helping develop new products that are shipping all over the world from right here in Grimsby.
